Samantha graduated from the Singapore Management University in 2017 and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2018. She spent over 2 years working as a lawyer in the real estate department of one of the leading local law firms and specialised in leasing.

Since joining Esquire, Samantha has acted as primary counsel in various matters for startups, VCs and accelerators including equity fundraisings, convertible instruments, debt financing and general corporate matters. Her dedication and attention to detail make her an asset to the team.

Outside of work, Samantha enjoys travelling and finding the best cup of coffee, with the two together being the perfect combination.
