Esquire Law Corporation was first established in 2002 by founder-managing director, Pebble Sia, who leads a team of 8 lawyers with diversified background and a wide range of corporate experiences, having worked in international law firms, multinational corporations and local establishments.

Esquire is a niche Singapore firm specialising in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, strategic and venture capital investments, structured debt financing and equity securities, joint ventures, and general corporate and commercial law.

We are very active in the early and growth stage financing sectors, and work closely with venture capital funds, start-up incubators and accelerators, family offices and SME businesses.

We focus on assisting startups and founders and provide general outsourced corporate legal services.
