After graduating from NUS, Rachel spent 2 years as in-house counsel at SocGen where she focused on general regulatory matters and commercial contract review.

Rachel was called to the Singapore Bar in 2019 and has been with the Esquire team since. She has worked extensively with various startups and VCs on convertible and equity fundraising transactions and has a keen understanding of the complex legal issues that can arise in these areas.

When not lawyering up, Rachel can be found sleeping, eating or hanging upside down in mid-air on a variety of aerial circus apparatus such as Cube, Lyra and Silks.
