Chelsea graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2018 and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2020. Prior to her current role, Chelsea trained and worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions department of one of the leading local law firms, where she honed her skills in handling general corporate work and various commercial transactions.

In her current role, Chelsea works closely with startups and VCs on convertible and equity fundraising transactions, in addition to assisting with the setup and structuring of special purpose investment vehicles for various funds. She has a proven track record of delivering results and her experience in the field is matched only by her outgoing and cheery personality, which allows her to connect well with clients.

During her free time, Chelsea can often be found throwing weights around in the gym or on her latest hunt for the best gastronomical experiences in Singapore.
